School Board

Justine Franko

I believe there is a place for compassion and coming together on a School Board. I believe there is a space to make a difference through open dialogue—we all want the best for our children. I believe school staff deserve support to meet that unified goal.

My name is Justine Franko, and I worked for the Rutland City School District for nearly 4 years as a School Nurse and Covid Coordinator. I will continue to serve our community and the future generations as a School Board Commissioner, with your vote.

I’d love to meet you on Town Meeting Day, March 5th, 2024.

Jen Rondinone

I’m a single mom who moved back to Vermont so my four children could attend Rutland City Public Schools. For my youngest child who is in first grade, and for all of our city’s kids, I have a vested interest in helping our schools thrive. Every child deserves access to a safe and secure learning environment, one that nurtures their growth and ensures their voices are not only heard, but valued.

In seeking your support, I bring a wealth of firsthand knowledge and a steadfast commitment to supporting teachers and staff so they can provide an excellent educational experience for all students. With a focus on promoting safety, fostering growth, and amplifying student voices, I am dedicated to championing policies that will contribute to the success of all of Rutland’s students. Your vote for Jen Rondinone is a vote for a committed advocate for the staff, faculty, and students of Rutland City Public Schools.
